The effectiveness of PHM relies exclusively on a team of players in the Pink House main office who are dedicated to providing the best services possible to our Clients and our teams in the various locations overseeing properties for the management.

Each member of our staff is charged with executing certain task with in their departments to ensure the delivery of quality services.


Lucia Mwaniki,
The Director.

She holds ultimate responsibility for the day to day running of the company and its strategic direction.

Lillian Wangari,
Human Resource Manager.

She maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Gabriel Ndeti
Chief Accountant.

He is the head accountant in the accounts department of the company. Performs full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts. Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls. Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments and cash-flow.

Winnie Mwangi,
Accounts Receivable Executive.

Charged with the tasks of handling, the Billing, Receipting and Invoicing of all Rent payments to the management.

Anne Nkatha,
Assistant Accountant.

Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable. She prepares and handles agreements, inventories and gives advice to the tenants agreements, maturity and increments.

She processes monthly disbursements to the landlords, i.e statements of all payments like water bills, electricity, internet, security and repair expenses.

Martha Mueni,
Support Staff.

She helps the company to keep it running and to support the people who are involved in the companies main business.

Judy Nungari,
Customer Relations.

Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail. Also schedules appointments and meetings.

Esther Njeri,
Account Receivable Executive.

Charged with the tasks of handling, the Billing, Receipting and Invoicing of all Rent payments to the management.

Peter Mwangi,
Field Coordinator.

He is responsible for coordinating, consolidating, and ensuring smooth implementation of field operations’ activities and adherence to logistics.

He supervises on the cleanliness of the premises, deliver letters, receipts and also collects deposit slips. Put sign boards where there are vacant houses.

Patrick Wachira,
Sales Executive.

Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the company; researching and analyzing sales options. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.

Philip Mwaniki,
I.T and Marketing Executive

Tasked with coordinating marketing campaigns in the field and online, keeping a steady stream of clients flowing into the organisation.

Keeps all I.T Services and Devices up and running for reliable service delivery.

Kelvin Karanja,
Consumer Affairs Manager.

Handles issues brought forward by Tenants.
